What is CLV (Closing Line Value)?
Positive CLV means you took a better price than the closing line. Negative CLV means the market closed against your bet.
This calculator compares your odds with the closing odds and shows both the raw CLV and the difference in implied probability. That helps you see whether you beat the market, not just whether one individual bet won or lost.
CLV matters most over a large sample of bets. One ticket can get lucky or unlucky, but a consistent positive CLV over time is one of the clearest signs that your pricing and timing are strong.
