BetTune: Troubleshooting

If BetTune did not place a bet, it usually means that one of the filter conditions was not satisfied at the moment the market was checked.

The filter is disabled

Check that the filter is active. Disabled filters are not checked when odds change.

Bet Type does not match the market

The filter works only with the selected Bet Type. If the market update is for another Bet Type, the filter will not place a bet.

For Prediction-based filters, Min Odds is also tied to the filter Bet Type.

Match did not pass filter conditions

For Standard filters, the match must satisfy all configured conditions:

  • metrics;
  • criteria;
  • odds split;
  • analysis settings;
  • additional filter flags.

All conditions work together. If one condition fails, the bet is not placed.

Min Odds is missing or too high

For Prediction-based filters, the match must have an active prediction with Min Odds.

The bet will not be placed if:

  • Min Odds is not set;
  • the prediction was deleted;
  • the current market odds are lower than Min Odds.

Time windows do not allow the bet

BetTune checks both timing groups:

  • Seconds From Open;
  • Seconds Before Start.

If both are configured, the bet can be placed only when the current time fits the allowed windows at the same time.

Repeat-bet restrictions block the bet

Check:

  • Allow multiple bets by market;
  • Allow multiple bets by filter.

If a bet was already placed on the same market or by the same filter, these settings may prevent another bet.

Bet Sum or balance is not enough

The filter needs a valid Bet Sum and enough available balance.

If the available pool or balance is smaller than expected, BetTune may reduce the stake or skip the bet depending on the situation.

Bookmaker limit or betting pool is filled

BetTune forms a pool of bets when Pinnacle odds change. If the bookmaker limit or available pool is already filled, not every matching filter will receive a bet.
